- A 50% deposit confirms your date once it has been agreed, and the balance is due 30 days before your shoot.

I don't have a booking yet — can I still continue?
Yes. You can continue straight to a booking request without an account or an existing booking. Choose your destination, package and preferred date, then send your shoot details. We confirm availability and pricing before any payment is taken.
Where can I have my photoshoot?
We shoot in Cape Town, Victoria Falls on the Zambia and Zimbabwe sides, Diani Beach in Kenya, Egypt and London. Other locations across Africa and Europe are available on request.
How much does a photoshoot cost?
Prices are shown in US dollars and depend on your destination, package, group size and location. See the current destination tables for your exact options. Groups of eight or more require a consultation; all London bookings are arranged by consultation.
How do I book and pay?
Submit your preferred date and shoot details. A request alone does not secure your shoot: availability and pricing must be agreed. A 50% deposit confirms your date once agreed, with the balance due 30 days before the shoot. Your booking terms explain the payment options.
Do I pay Rainforest entry fees?
Yes. For Victoria Falls shoots, you pay your own Rainforest entry fees on both the Zambia and Zimbabwe sides. These fees are separate from your photoshoot price.
Can my hotel or travel agency book for me?
Boutique hotels, concierge teams and travel agencies can apply for our 15% partner offer. Approval is required before partner rates are enabled. Your hotel or agency can contact us about arranging your shoot.
What if I need to change my booking?
Please check your accepted booking terms and contact us about changes or cancellations. We can help with your particular booking and availability.
