Responsible use

Acceptable use policy

These rules apply to the website, accounts, bookings, galleries and AI Vision Planner operated by Lifestyle Photography Ltd, trading as Flying Dress Africa.

01

Acceptance and permitted use

By continuing to use our services, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service. You may browse, make genuine enquiries and bookings, access your own galleries and use the Vision Planner for lawful photoshoot inspiration. Provide accurate information and use only accounts you are authorised to access.

02

Prohibited conduct

Do not use our services for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation or discriminatory abuse. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights. Child sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate content are strictly prohibited.

03

Security and private galleries

Do not introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, scrape protected content, disrupt services or circumvent technical limits. Do not access another client's bookings, guess gallery PINs or share private gallery links or credentials without permission.

04

AI Vision Planner

Do not use the planner to create illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware or exploitative material, or attempt to bypass its safeguards through jailbreaking. You are responsible for your prompts, having rights to all inputs, verifying suggestions and how you use outputs.

AI suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. They are creative inspiration, not a booking, a guarantee of availability, or professional legal, medical, financial or safety advice. Obtain qualified oversight where appropriate.

05

Input and output rights

You retain rights you hold in your inputs and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or rights you lawfully hold in outputs. Outputs may not be unique or copyright-protected, and no exclusive rights or freedom from third-party claims are guaranteed. Our photographs, branding and software remain subject to our Terms of Service.

06

On-location conduct

Respect staff, other guests, local communities, wildlife, property and location rules. Follow reasonable safety instructions. Do not request unlawful access, unsafe poses or conduct that puts people or animals at risk. We may stop unsafe activity.

07

Moderation and enforcement

We may refuse or filter outputs, remove or restrict content, and investigate suspected violations. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud or security risks, or repeated or serious violations, including repeated infringement. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the action and let you respond. Enforcement does not remove statutory rights or refund entitlements.

08

Report misuse or infringement

Email info@flyingdressafrica.com with the relevant page or booking reference, a description of the concern and, for rights-holder complaints, the work affected and your authority to report it. Do not include passwords or gallery PINs. We will review reports and may remove or restrict material while investigating. Contact the same address to request review of an enforcement decision.
