- Fly into Mombasa (MBA) or Ukunda airstrip; Diani is 35 km south of Mombasa.
- Tide times shape the shoot — we schedule the water-mirror sets around the daily low tide.
- June–October and January–March bring the calmest seas and driest days.
- Barefoot shooting; we carry a stylist to manage the silk between takes.
